Delivery is free for Orders over £100 for UK customers in England, Wales and some Scottish postal codes* (*exclusions apply), this will be updated at checkout. All orders are securely wrapped in our beautiful packaging and sent by Royal Mail Tracked.

Our sterling silver jewellery, fashion and accessories are supplied direct from stock, delivery by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery and requires a signature at destination.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are delivered on the following Tuesday and on Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered the following day. We guarantee a full money back refund within 7 days of purchase in the original condition.

Items purchased on our website except earrings can be returned unworn and in the original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of receipt(does not apply to sale items).Please refer to our tems and conditions for further information.

All earrings are Non Returnable in the interest of hygiene as we are unable to exchange or refund this item unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory right.
