Delivery is free for Orders over £100 for UK customers in England, Wales and some Scottish postal codes* (*exclusions apply), this will be updated at checkout. All orders are securely wrapped in our beautiful packaging and sent by Royal Mail Tracked.

Our sterling silver jewellery and fashion and accessories are supplied direct from stock, delivery by first class Royal Mail  recorded delivery and requires a signature at destination.

During Christmas season please be aware that we may experience some delays due to high volume of orders

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are delivered on the following Tuesday and on Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered the following day. We guarantee a full money back refund within 7 days of purchase in the original condition.
